Acqua Dolce

Nette Vermieterin, die Lage.

Das Acqua Dolce ist einen Keller ohne Fenster, die als Wohnung vermieten wird. Es war in August sehr heiß in der Raumlichkeit und unmöglich zu lüften oder kühlen. Außerdem sehr dunkel, da es kein Fenster gibt. Feuchtigkeitsflecke an der Wand. Eigentlich bin ich der Meinung, dass mann so etwas nicht vermieten sollte. Das Haus Lago e Camino, das über diesen Keller ist, ist fantastisch ( sehr groß und toller Blick), das würde ich weiterempfehlen aber nicht das Acqua Dolce.

Spazi un pò piccoli per stare in tre, ma ci si arrangia😊

Non ci sono finestre, e i letti non sono molto comodi, la piccola cittadina non provista di molti negozi.

Small and well-furnished apartment located on floor level just below Capodimonte's keep. It's a one-space room with a kitchen and living space, and a narrow room behind it. On the side of the bedroom there's a bathroom with shower. Perfect for a couple of persons staying in the Bolsena area during springtime for a few days.

The apartment has no windows, its only opening to the outside street is the front door. The bathroom has no openings as well, and also lacks a system for air circulation. There are some ventilators on the ceiling, but that's all. We stayed there quite comfortably during spring, but I suppose it can get quite hot during summer (I think ventilators alone wouldn't be enough to refresh a room without window). The shower is protected by a tent - it would be better to change it with a box. I'd also suggest to put a doormat just inside the front door to clean your shoes when the weather gets rainy.

Appartamento molto pulito ed accogliente. Attrezzato con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Posizioni ottima per visitare la parte sud del Lago di Bolsena. Disponibile parcheggio vicino alla struttura.

Non ci sono finestre ma è abbastanza luminoso per la presenza della porta in parte in vetro. Il divano letto è un po' scomodo ma il letto è ok. Bagno piccolo ma efficiente, senza bidet.
