La ubicación y la atención de la persona que se encuentra en la recepción.

No pude alojarme en el hotel porque desafortunadamente no aceptan pago con tarjeta ya que no cuentan con terminal y pues tampoco tuve la precaución de leer antes de reservar la habitación.
