Good location. Comfortable bed. The parking service however I think you can improve some things. We liked the style, but some stuff needed maintenance.

More clarity with the parking information. Maybe extend the hours, especially at night.

It says it has parking, but you need to schedule when do you want your car because they take it to another place

The lady that works the morning apperantly hates her job. Mean at best

Location, price, there is some view from the rooms on the third floor. Overall facilities are not so bad.

They ask the guests not to throw syringes to the toilet, not sure what kind of guest usually stay there. I didn´t like the bedsheets either

There was no warm water

Location was great, very much in the city center. Unfortunately the rooms are quite loud especially the ones with balconies. It was hard to sleep because of all the noise from the street. The hotel does not accept payment with card, it is exclusively cash, which is very inconvenient if you do not know this ahead of time. The staff was very kind and accomodating for our big group. Overall it was a pleasurable stay!
