Everything it was very clean and tidy . Everything there for a short break . Felt very relaxed and bed was comfy and Excellent communication with the owner

Personally nothing but my other half found shower small but it wouldn’t put us off booking again

Area was quiet , ideal for using as a base

Accommodation was left unlocked, Bin Bag of used food was left on the front , scattered all over the drive , Shower room was mouldy, broken toilet seat, cold tap was broke , I had to fix the shower, boiler was smelling. At least 3 windows wouldn't shut Dinning table was broke Kitchen was filthy Couch was broke on the arm Other couch was ripped Mattress leaning up against window outside Took hours to turn TV on Kitchen/ living room area not been cleaned No communication Masking tape on light fittings

Location great to meet family who live in St David’s. Plenty of room for family and we had three small dogs. Beds were super comfortable with clean bedding and plenty of towels for us. Some kitchen essentials such as grease proof paper/foil/ kitchen roll would have been helpful, but we managed without and had plenty of kitchenware to cook meals. Plenty of cleaning essentials to clean up after your pets. And the stars when the garden lights go out… wow! 😀 Would stay again if garden was made safer for dogs.

Enclosed garden for the dogs would have been great due to busy road out front which was busy with tractors until late evening on the night we arrived. We blocked the courtyard off with chairs so they could come and go in/out as they are used to, which worked fine but not big enough for three dogs to run around. If you get a chance to do the top garden, our dogs loved exploring up there and were safe away from the road. Sofa needs updating, wasn’t comfortable to sit in with broken arm, but managed with other seating.

The most important thing to know about this property is that it is *not* child or dog safe - cleaning products are kept in a bag for life on the floor of the single bedroom cupboard, there are broken bedframes with screws pointing upwards, the arm of the 2 seat sofa is ripped with the wood broken and exposed. The garden is not secure, with a small wall between the road and garden, dogs and humans can easily step down from. The back garden has building materials in and isn't usable. Equally, there are lots of recent reviews about how the property is left unlocked and that some windows cannot be closed - this is a big safety concern. Easily resolved with a lock box !! We didn't hear from the owners during our stay but, we believe someone was visiting the property as gardening was done whilst we were out. There was no guide on how to leave the property, information about the bins etc - just simply that it would be unlocked when arriving with keys inside. As two women staying here with two children, it's my preference to be aware if there are any scheduled visits or work on the property during our stay - this seems to be the norm for other booking.com & Airbnbs... The risk of something happening may be small but it seems like a small price to pay for a lockbox for that reassurance of extra security. The house itself is alright, there are a few bits that are clearly unfinished or need repairing, there is an attitude of "that will do" about the place. I.e. the shower doesn't turn to full power but it goes half way, there's an old mattress dumped behind the house visible from two of the bedrooms, the gates have block locks that just about lock if you wiggles the gate enough. There are plenty of blankets and pillows, the rooms are clean and made nicely. We had biscuits, UHT milk cups and tea bags provided but not any sugar or coffee.

It's very much "it will do", it's not a bad a distance to travel to places like Tenby, Blue Lagoon, St David's, Ffynone etc.

It was a comfortable place to stay, dog-friendly and good location. Beds were comfortable, everything there you need for a good break away.

We didn't stay long enough!

It was very spacious and had parking for 3 cars. Very clean and layed out well. The washing machine is very handy and they have an airer for drying although the bathroom was warm enough to dry the clothes within 2 hours.

Only negative thing to say is the knives supplied are blunt and need sharpening

Big property. Warm. Help given with TV as we couldn't get it to work.

It was very dirty. Ripped bed linen. Broken furniture. Uncomfortable beds. Kitchen equipment filthy. We chose not to stay the second night. And we don't have particularly high standards as we bring our dog. Just giving a very honest overview of a disappointing property.

Cosy house, it was clean and comfortable. It had broadband. Near two nice restaurants. Friendly neighbours. We had everything we needed

The key didn't work. We couldn't contact the owners so we left the door unlocked. Found this a bit worrying.
