Wirklich sensationeller Ausblick von der Terrasse. Stimmiges Esszimmer inklusive der Küche, welche gut ausgestattet ist. Man(n) kann hier wirklich anständig kochen. 2. Terrasse auf der Ostseite vorhanden, falls es nachmittags zu heiß ist. Kaum Verkehr auf der direkt dabei vorbei führenden Straße. Man muss sich aber schon bewusst sein, dass d. Haus alles andere als neu und kein stylischer Luxus ist.

Es geht aus der Beschreibung nicht ganz klar hervor, dass nur das obere Stockwerk gemietet wird. Unterhalb wohnen Leute, was nicht weiter stört, bis auf den armen Hund der den ganzen Tag auf einer 3m langen Eisenkette angeleint dahin vegetieren muss. Als Tierliebhaber unerträglich. Self check in, wie mittlerweile fast schon üblich.

הנוף, המיקום, המרפסת הגדולה, החדר עם החלונות לנוף, המטבח המרווח והמאובזר. הכפר הנחמד.היו דברים נחמדים שהושארו לשימושנו: יין, מיץ, בירה, קולה, קצת ממתקים.

הקשר עם המארחים היה דרך חברת הפעלה, דרך אי מייל. היה מגושם. היתה חסרה קבלת פנים עם הסבר איפה כל גףדבר נמצא, למשל שמיכות חורף, לא יזמו ניקיון או החלפת מגבות. היינו צריכים לבקש החלפת מגבות. לא הושארו פרטים או המלצות לגבי מכולת או מסעדות. היינו צריכים לשאול.

This place is an absolute gem! The location, views, access to the sea and proximity to tavernas and restaurants make this the perfect vacation spot if you're looking for a cozy, relaxed home base for the beach or for visiting Mani, Messinia, Laconia and other Peloponnese destinations. It had everything we needed: stocked kitchen, AC in every room, great little washing machine and plenty of space! I highly recommend this charming villa!

If you're looking for luxury amenities, this isn't your place. It's got quirks like any home. The beds are very firm, which is not uncommon, but some may not be comfortable.

A wonderful place we hope to return to one day. The view is just exceptional, and the access to a small private beach makes this place truly unique. The owners and property managers are kind and responsive. Make sure you enjoy the breathtaking sunset :)
