The Granary

This cottage had everything that we needed and more. I would definitely come again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy wee getaway. The hosts were also fantastic, helpful and cheerful. And anywhere with a little witch wearing a pink hat is good by me. 😂 It's been a real pleasure 😊👌❤️

Location and scenery

Homely, quaint, cosy. Very friendly hosts, was very pleasurable stay. Had issues with the WiFi at first, was sorted within 10 minutes. No complaints.

Shower was quite weak. Shower head may need replacing?

The accommodation is well laid out and has everthing you need for a relaxing break.

The Granary was a really lovely space with everything we needed in a quiet and peaceful location and with super friendly hosts. Lovely to sit outside with a cup of tea and listen to the birdsong.

Very nice, self-contained, all the facilities you need.

Nothing to dislike

This place was a little hidden gem! It was quiet and peaceful with birds in the garden from morning to dusk which I loved. A very pretty property. The wooden beams were great to see. The bath was massive! There is no TV at this property butbfor me was fabulous! Who needs a tv when you can enjoy the quiet of the garden and birds. There was a raido which was fab. Music is always the answer! You had your own pathway down to the property which is on the end of the owners. I met Derek and he seems very nice. Was happy to help with anything if needed. Tea bags and sugar were supplied to which was excellent as a cyclist who can only carry so much. The bed was very soft and comfortable with a skylight to look out of. One of the best places I've stayed and for such a great price! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again and again!
