Era curat! Este lift! Am avut 2 cafele la sosire, desi noi eram 4, dar am primit dupa anuntarea proprietarului 8 cafele! Aia e ok! Aerul condiționat funcționează dar noi nu puteam dormi cu el pornit pt ca mergea la maxim ca sa faca fata si din acest motiv era gălăgios! Parcarea era buna, in spatele blocului!

Era foarte cald, afara erau 34 grade si este un singur AC in tot apartamentul, adica in prima camera, din pacate nu face fata la temperaturi de genul acesta in întregul apartament! Mai ales ca este la ultimul etaj, adica 8! Ar mai necesita niste scaune pliante/ tabureti la bucatarie! Nu este nici un scaun! Niste șervetele/prosoape de bucatarie as sugera sa mai puna in apartament!
