The bathroom sink moves. There is no worktop around the sink, everything falls. There is a shared kitchen for breakfast, but there is no place to eat in the kitchen. If you take food to the room, there is no table to put a plate with food or put coffee. Some decisions are ill-considered for the convenience of actually using the apartment.

La struttura e' molto carina e si trova vicino al centro. Il terrazzo e la vista sono meravigliosi ed anche arredamento della camera. La signora Andrea era molto gentile e al livello di accoglienza lei e' il punto forte. Ci ha servito la colazione e ha fatto guest relation. Ottimo rapporto qualita'-prezzo.

Non mi e' piaciuta l' accoglienza di Giuseppe, che era assente in tutti sensi. Da receptionist, devo dire che un host deve offrire un minimo di accoglienza e informazioni ai clienti. Rispondere con i messaggi secchi senza dare informazioni troppo precise non e' il massimo. Maggiornaza dei messaggi era in default, e per il resto era poco interesse da host offrire le informazioni maggiori.

Frühstück war gut, aber nicht klar, ob wir es mit anderen Gästen teilen sollten, oder das vorbereitete für uns gedacht war.
