You get great value for money at Amani Lodge. It is a simple place with welcoming staff, but as there is no cell phone reception in the area it is not easy to communicate in advance to work out the details. Sayed helped us with our braai on our first evening which was greatly appreciated.

We were desperate to get in the pool due to the extreme heat, but it had to be emptied for maintenance. However the owner offered us an extra night for free, which we would have loved to take, but could not unfortunately.
