Posizione davanti al mare, ma al piano zero si vedeva solo il retro dello stabile davanti.

Monolocale estremamente essenziale con ampi margini di miglioramento: acqua calda che dura pochi minuti, pulizia approssimativa ad esempio alcune pentole erano messe via ma ancora sporche e sul balcone c’era sabbia per terra, il tavolo arrugginito. Il gestore gentile e disponibile.

Ottima posizione e vista sul mare

The host has been really kind and always replied fast and in a satisfying way to our questions. The location of the apartment is just great. The room was spacious and full of light, which I loved. The kitchenette was small but equipped with everything one might have needed. I already knew the area pretty well and that’s why I chose it, as it is close to 3 beaches (1 just in front of the apartment, another one 5 minutes walking and another one 15 minutes walking) , and has many restaurants around. Also close to the supermarket!!

Some days there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom, but I’m sure it’s not something related to the apartment.

Location is good for the ferry port, a couple of nice bars very close by. Good facilities including a washing machine, spacious and comfortable.

No real sea view. Hosts not very responsive. Couldn’t find the place and they did not answer for a while, not great in the heat after a 5 hour journey. One of the bar owners showed us where to go in the end. Hosts gave us the wrong WiFi code resulting in us being locked out of WiFi and unable to book tickets for the next leg of our trip.

800 m nice beach Spiaggia di Balai

3 houses with same No. 26 in the street.. Not so easy to find it.with navigation.in one way street.:(
