Brand new renovated apartment in the heart of the city centre, in the middle of restaurants, bars, shops and major historical landmarks. Fully equipped, spacious, extremely clean. Really spotless and very calm, good sleep. Close also to big parkings - but careful on Saturday night as the police remove cars for the Sunday market - and there is no sign!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with, also very smooth process for check in and check out.

Nothing, all was very good! Maybe a suggestion to make happy non-Italian guests: kettle for tea / hot water could be added (more practical that using the macro waves).

Nice apartment, perfect location, but with some issues.

The key/lock at the street door was out of order. It took several minutes to get the lock open. The shower sewer did not work properly and the bathroom floor was flooding. Someone had to buzz the summer at 2:30 am, propably because could not open the lock.

Location was wonderful and very close to the Palio di Asti. Very central.

Nothing like what the reviews said and the service from the owner was poor, the apartment did not have parking as stated, the bed linen was awful , it did not have two beds as stated and all round very poor. I'm amazed at the previous reviews, which makes me wonder! We felt this was a money grabbing exercise, and the owner had no interest in the client. I'm sure this review will be taken done by the owner.

Mostly the service, and the awful bed and bed linen. We wonder if the linen was freshly laundered.

Pillows very hard. I missed a water kettle to make some tea.

Good space, great location, with elevator and all basic needs met. The fans were helpful and windows were great! Thank owner is very responsive.

The shower did flood the bathroom and we had to wash the towels everyday. We were glad the days were cool because there is no air conditioning. The area is ZTL which means that anyone coming to visit or pick you up is unable to make it anywhere near the apartment. The parking was also unavailable anywhere near the property if you are not a resident.
