Room size and facilities are good. Security very good. Staff very friendly

Bathroom a little basic and needs some renovation.

Nice, spacious room. Good bed and shower!

Bureaucracy. Could not stay in the room until noon waiting for the cab because “these are the rules”. A bit of a shame in my opinion.

Our apartment was spacious and beautiful, with stunning views. It really exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the lovely pool.

It was really wonderful. The second pool (in front of the gym ) is under construction - the construction interferes a bit with a peaceful gym experience.

The apartment given was spacious and with the comforts that were unexpected

There was no buffet for breakfast as one would have assumed when advised “Breakfast Included” the choice of breakfast did not meet the property worthiness. Need to improve. Also there were lot of house flies quite disturbing while eating. No efforts were done to keep the flies away. This is considered unhygienic. The hotel should make efforts to deal with this.
