Beautiful well maintained home which we connected with instantly. Positive vibes. We enjoyed the Christmas decoration in the house and area around. We visited family 6 with 3 senior citizens so the well equipped kitchen was awesome and of great help. Mr. Sumeet is kind and helpful. Available always.

These are more suggestions than complaints... This place is upstairs in a local residential building and no lift so if you have senior citizens it may be trouble moving in and out multiple times. Our group is fit so we could manage. The rest of the facilities compensate for this and great value nevertheless Entire house Cleaning is done every 3 days. If you are a big group and doing cooking then you may need some help earlier for the garbage and kitchen part.

Clean and spacious - very friendly and helpful host

It was a bit out of the way but with a hired scooter we were able to manage fine.

The host Sumit was very responsive and prompt to help. Received us on arriving there with a wonderful home baked cake (which was super yummy). The propoerty is nice, clean with all amenities and walking distance from the airport.

We liked the spacious apartment. It was nice and clean. And the specially cooked chocolate cake was simply delicious.

The hosts were real friendly and very helpful. Sumit came to handover the keys personally and the house was kept fully loaded with fruits, veggies, bread and milk as much as needed.They were really helpful with checkout also. They gave reference for rental bikes, cars and all necessary stuff. He was in constant touch to see if we were facing troubles navigating through goa and helped with info regarding sightseeing.

Mr.Sumit (Owner) you are just great None of our family members including ME felt that we were away from home. Thanks for the delicious food, Everything at home was placed where it was supposed to be Your hospitality was great 100% recommendable to anyone Thanks to you again

Sumeet went out of his to do everything and anything for us, definitely hostess with the mostest. There was WiFi , food was left in the fridge for us, cake baked by Sumeets wife, to be fair this gentleman went above and beyond. I have and definitely will inform people about the A1 service we received. Thank you 🙏

Extra attention to detail

1. Owner Mr.sumeet is a very good person kind hearted. 2. Hospitality every one should learn from him. 3. All the facilities inside the home are better. 4. Home interior is very well and so calm. 5. This is my best stay till now.
