Everything, the water heating kettle had bugs inside, so gross....no toilet paper in the washroom. The bed sheets seemed like they weren't changed. Spiders net everywhere

The property is spotless, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it’s such a pleasant experience to walk around the peaceful village of Sauraha. The food is absolutely delicious, with fresh and flavorful dishes, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and always ready to help. From the rooftop,you can have a perfect view of the sunrise,sunset, and the beautiful Himalaya mountains. Surrounded by nature and warm Nepali hospitality, this place offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure.

Nice break fast,good location only few minutes walk to the main streets. Staff are friendly and helpful they arrange our jungle safari activities.thank you all for your great hospitality.

The location is quiet. The owner came to pick us up at the bust station and booked flights for us to Pokhara and Kathmandu.

The mattress is too soft, the pillows must be changed, and the lights must be fixed, no elevator and towels need to be changed.
