The Neptune

The property is beautiful and we would absolutely stay again. The location is perfect.

There were a number of spiders and huge webs in the courtyard. These could have been removed before our stay. There were too many to move especially as two of the family members really don’t like spiders. It meant we couldn’t use the outside area. In addition the property needs a spare key as I had to call a locksmith at the cost of £125 (totally my fault as I lost then subsequently found the key) however the key that was dropped off by the management company was not the correct key and to be told that was the only other key they had. I also had to source my own locksmith which was hugely disappointing.

Lovely property very comfortable and stylishly furnished. Great location.

No Microwave.

No microwave and noise from front door as road can be noisy

Amazing attention to detail on the interior design and decor. Good use of space in all the living areas. High quality furnishings.

Far too many pillows and cushions on the beds, which are totally not necessary.

Very nice apartment/house in three floors. Two nice bedrooms and a even a small study in addition to a large living room downstairs. The top bedroom was a little bit warm, but the window can be opened without too much traffic noise coming through. The only thing I would suggest to consider is to put in a microwave oven. Apart from that everything was there, even Champagne glasses.

Very nice accommodation which has been furnished / finished to a very high standard. The snug in the garden was lovely in the warm evenings. Great location.

The cottage is beautiful and the attention to detail on the dressing of property is amazing, which is a credit to the owners. Great location as just a couple of minutes walk down to Henley town centre. You can park on the pavement outside the property as there is space for around three cars. Failing this there is plenty of on street parking near to the cottage. Thank you for a lovely stay.
