I've stayed here a few times while working in Immingham and was a bit hesitant when i booked it but it's perfect. Setup is essentially a house with each of the rooms done out as a hotel room, so you don't get any awkward staying in someones home vibe. Really clean and price is staggeringly cheap. Lockbox check-in ideal for a stress-free night or two and owner offerred to arrange to return my flask which i'd forgotten.
