Worth the price ! Good property

No shops and all to eat nearby

I would like you to add UPS to the bethel home. Though we booked melba home we were given bethel home. That's alright but no ups and we work online that's why we chose your place. No ups means our work is interrupted and that made our stay unpleasant. Furthermore the wifi is basically useless. We originally thought the router was located in the melba home and the wifi would have been better if we had been given the room we booked. But the next day the clients next door told us their wifi is also horrible. The location isn't the best as there aren't any restaurants or grocery shopping nearby On the good note. The person who received us was polite, helpful and a good staff. The place was ok clean.

Nothing horrible experience

I booked via booking. Com but got a number of another guy Anthony instead of Karthik the owner. Anthony asked when you will reach I said between 10 and 11 pm. But from. 8 pm. His phone switched off. By 11 pm we reached and was shouting in front of the building. No reception area nothing. And also the pics fool you it looks like a. Normal house not a villa. So after 1 hour of shouting Anthony name no one turned up and owner karthik number given in booking website also didn't pick up. So the neighbouring apartment said he is a drunkard and can't reach him after 8 pm. No the night was horrible searching for new. Hotel with 2 small kids. Karthik called next day and apologised and said will help me with some things on kodai but all just humbug. Never again.

Rooms were clean apart from a few soiled bedsheets which the caretaker promptly changed. The hall is big and can house a party of 6-7 comfortably!

Location is hard to access without a private car, you would have to spend 300-400 every time you want to go to the city centre.
