"A good choice if you must stay near UTA Arad stadium"

Nice apartment, well maintained and clean. In the first days there was a small issue with the washing machine, and the owner was really fast to solve it, which I appreciated. Possible to park your car in the residency (necessary to ask the owner in advance) which is great. A large mall is accessible with a 5 minutes walk.

It would be great to have few more silverware. Also the only frying pan available is old and should be replaced. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
