Great place to stay...Kostas is a really nice guy...i would go again...

This is a very homely, quirky annexe, with some beautiful handmade decorations and furniture made by the owner. A lot of love has gone into setting this up. It's very spacious, with plenty of room for a family, although both doubles are in the same spacious bedroom. The accommodation is cool and shaded by a large tree, but this does make it a bit dark. There are some great hand made light fittings, made from natural materials to lighten things up. The accommodation is well equipped, and you have just about everything you need for a longer stay, including a washing machine. There is an air conditioner, and for colder weather there is a stove with stove pipe extending through the homemade seating to keep you cosy. The kitchen has plenty of cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. There is a big fridge freezer, with some salad items provided for us. Outside is a shaded seating area in front of the property where you can watch the world go by, and it has a view of the olive trees and hills beyond. There is the Nestos Gorge and river beach 5 minutes away, which is beautiful, and various activities to try. A lovely sandy beach is about 25 minutes away, east of Keramoti. There are also archaeological sites within 45 minutes. A very friendly family run the property and ate quick to respond, and we met a lovely lady from next door who gave us fruit. All in all, a very relaxed stay - thank you 😊

At the moment there isn't an oven, only a camping gas double stove, but we managed fine. The beds are slightly firm, but the pillows are great.
