Lo único bueno de este apartamento fue la ubicación. Tuvimos muy mala experiencia con el anfitrión.

Reservamos el apartamento por el motivo de tener DOS BAÑOS, al llegar al apartamento nos encontramos la sorpresa de que uno de los baños estaba cerrado por "obras", el anfitrión NO NOS AVISO DE NADA y eso que mantuvimos contacto previo. Al llamarle su única solución fue que nos marchásemos, eran las 23:30 de la noche. Me parece increíble que ofreciera el alojamiento en ese estado, si no puedes ofrecer lo que indicas en tu anuncio NO lo alquiles. Dejando esto a un lado, que ya nos pareció de muy mal gusto, debido a las obras (suponemos) había un olor MUY fuerte a humedad, no utilizamos la cocina por no querer pasar tiempo en el alojamiento ya que era insufrible. Por la humedad una de las camas estaba mojada. Por todos estos motivos doy la mínima puntuación al apartamento.

Es ist wirklich ein sehr schönes Apartment, entspricht genau den Bildern! Auch die Lage ist super, man kann fußläufig alles sehr gut erreichen.

Nur war leider immer sehr stickige und muffige Luft in dem Apartment, die man auch trotz Lüften nicht gut wegbekommen hat. Zudem wären ein paar Ausstattungen in der Küche, wie Geschirrhandtücher gut. Das Schlafsofa war leider sehr unbequem.

Ausência de panos de cozinha. Comunicação com o anfitrião podia e devia ser melhorada. O pagamento da taxa turística deveria ser pago com o preço da estadia.

!! No Water Supply We had a long day on the first day but shortly after we arrived and unpacked our luggages, we found that there was no water supply in the room. We immediately reached out to the owner's representative at around 7:30pm via whatsapp and asked for solutions, and our impression was that the water bill was not paid and it could not be fixed - this was pure negligence and completely unavoidable. A replacement room was arranged. They sent a Uber taxi to pick us up but we were forced to re-pack everything within 5 minutes after being notified. It was messy and unpleasant. This also disrupted our plans for dinner and our child was hungry. !! Replacement Room There were multiple issues with the replacement room. First, we booked a room with air-conditioning but it did not exist in this room. Second, it was extremely noisy. We can hear sounds from upstairs and outside very clearly - apparently it's quite close to the busy area and we could still hear people singing and shouting after midnight. Third, we booked a room with two bathrooms, but there's only one small bathroom in this replacement room. Fourth, the room we booked was on the ground floor, and this replacement room was on the first floor with no elevator. We needed to take our luggages and climb the stairs.

!! Arrangement We stayed in the replacement room on the first day. We were notified that we would need to move back to the original room as someone would stay in the replacement room on the following day. The sense of being forced to leave again, and the need to repack everything and move again after one day was very unpleasant. Afterall, why would we book the room for 3 nights if we enjoyed moving around? The worst thing was that we didn't get confirmation that the water supply of the original room was fixed until around 8:30pm. We needed to follow up with the owner's representative for the whole day, worrying that we would have nowhere to stay at night. Spending time and effort during vacation to follow up on the issue with something we already paid for is definitely not ideal. !! Room Design During the booking process we already stated that we would bring a 2 year-old kid. The room was a two-floor studio apartment with an interior staircase. The design of the staircase handrail was incredibly dangerous - usually one would expect to have glass balustrade (the glass between handrail and the floor) so as to prevent someone from accidentally falling off from the side of the stairs - but it simply did not exist on the second floor. It means that if someone is walking down the stairs near the handrail, one misstep could make you fall down to the other floor. I find this dangerous even for adults; and it's completely unacceptable to have a 2 year-old kid staying in this room. It can cause severe injury. We needed to be very careful during the whole stay just to prevent this from happening. !! Not Responding when we request for Refund After the holiday we contacted both the property and booking.com to arrange a refund, considering all the points above, we did not get what we expected after paying for the rent. But the property never respond, they don't even reply booking.com official email that ask them to refund to us!
