The property was not far away from the old town, around 10-15 minutes. Host and other staff ladies were really helpful and friendly, it was easy to reach them and get help we needed

The lady that received us was very lovely and welcoming to us, explained to us everything that we wanted to know about the area. The nice little studio apartment is very cozy, has a renovated bathroom and has everything you might need during your stay. The location is excellent, just a 7 minute walk from the bus station, close to the old city walls and the closest beach is a 10/15 min walk. There is a big supermarket nearby. Although if you are staying for longer and plan to see everything Kotor has to offer, consider renting a scooter to have more freedom of movement.

The apart was great with location, cleanless and necesary equipments to stay. Also Silvia was a very friendly and nice women. Thanks for everyrhing.

A great stay for one night but would have happily stayed longer. Such a lovely and friendly host who made us feel welcome immediately. The facilities were good, including a freshly renovated bathroom. The apartment is an easy walk to the Old Town and very close to a bakery, chemist and grocery shop. All we could ask for!!

The place is only 15-18 minutes walking to the old town.

The apartment is on the basement, therefore no much light and has a very strong moldy smell.

Lovely staff and flexible with checking in / out. Ideal location for travel purposes, everything is within walking distance: main bus station (7 mins), supermarket and bakery (1 min), Kotor old town (13 mins). On Sundays shops are closed, but the bakery and a close-by gas station are open. The room was fully equipped, as stated in the profile, everything was fully functional.
