"Cheating fabhotel agents"

Nothing.

I booked this hotel thru booking.com. A lady called from the fabhotel and asked me to pay the Full amount which I did. About 2 days before the stay, they called and said they have cancelled my bookings. I still haven't received any refund. I want to make a complaint.

What we saw in the photo is not at all available in there hotel. No wifi. No hot water. Frequent power off. Extra money charges.

Dirty Room not cleaned properly. Dirty Floor mates. Toiletry Kit not provided. Stains in every where. Old Beds. It not value for money. you can consider this as lodge not hotel.

Nothing ... and not recommended

This hotel is one of the worst hotel and even when we raised for cancellation with fab hotels who manages this hotel .. they just raise ticket but no resolution is provided and even booking.com website keep redirecting the messages to fab hotels who are least concerned... even when we could stay only for one night .... we paid for 4 nights as per the policy and raised for refund but we don't see any reply from fab hotels at all .... there is no facilities which are mentioned in booking website and any expectation is a joke as hotel is empty and only one staff member who is there and no one at reception ever in 24 hrs .... rooms are dirty and all the bedding is not clean and stinky even we asked for replacement more than 2 times
