Bella Vista

From start to finish, everything was perfect. The apartment is located almost in the center of the city and has a spectacular view. Fabio is a great host in every aspect and that makes the whole stay a pure joy.

Perfect location in city center. Close to shops and public transportation hubs (train and bus).

Excellent location an easy walk to Ortigia old town. Very spacious and comfortable top-floor flat with a private rooftop terrace. Fabio was accommodating and communicative and provided recommendations for our trip.

It was a lovely apartment with an amazing view over the city. The apartment was spacious and open and we were happy to have a full kitchen and access to a washing machine. The host was friendly and responsive. You will need to park on the street, using the EasyPark app was convenient. Walking to Ortiga was 15 min, where we ate amazing pizza at Pizzeria Schiticchio.

The flat is perfectly located between the old town island of Ortigia and the shopping and dining area of the new town as well as the historical park with the Greek theatre and Roman Amphitheatre. It is a penthouse with a balcony and a rooftop terrace overlooking most of the city and direct sea view. The apartment features two bedrooms, one living room and a kitchen. The apartment comes with AC. However, using the windows with Moskito nets, you can get a nice air flow so we did not need the AC at all. The host is very kind and provided several ideas where to go. We did a tour of Sicily and this was our favourite stop.

The elevator stops on the 7th floor and you will have to go up one story to get to the penthouse. One of the bedrooms does not have an outside window.

The apartment is so comfortable and clean. The view is very nice .
