The view was breathtaking, the location is ok, host was in contact with us

How do I put this: overall the stay was ok, and villa itself seems new (not older than 3-5 years I think), but almost everything was broken. Particularly: the stove was crushed (host said “it’s okay cause it works”), the tv has matrix broken and it causes lines on screen, the washing machine has broken handle so it’s almost impossible to open it, jacuzzi doesn’t work (when I asked the host about it he decided not to answer my message), THERE ARE NO DOORS TO BATHROOMS IN UPPER BEDROOMS (you can see that the wall to the bathrooms itself is made of glass and it’s ok, but doors are gone in reality) + overall there are plenty of little things that get you frustrated (water from the shower is not draining well, door handles are broken, pipes are leaking, toilet paper handlers are broken etc.) Host usually says “yes” to all your requests, but does only 30% of the things he promised you (for example we asked for work chair a month before rental and I heard 3-4 times that they will bring it, but they didn’t) or there were stains on some sheets and we asked for them to be changed (nothing was changed) etc., so be ready for it Also, it’s not written anywhere that you need to climb a long stair each time to get in or out of the villa, so if some of your group is low mobility - consider different villa. Also, the cleaning quality was below expectations (we had to clean the floors ourselves + windows were all in stains)
