L’appartamento è spazioso, luminoso, arredato con gusto e in posizione centrale rispetto al centro storico di Ortona, ben servito dai parcheggi nelle vicinanze.

L’unico lato negativo potrebbe trovarsi nello spazio ristretto del bagno, soprattutto del vano doccia molto limitato.
