actually it's not as beautiful as the photo. But downstairs is the shopping mall, which is very convenient.

The cost performance is not high. If you want to use the facilities in the publicity picture, such as swimming pool, you have to pay extra, which is not good.

It's clean and well arranged. I will be back.

I have stayed at Inspiria Abreeza on 3 occasions, twice by myself and once with my fiance and stepdaughter Every stay has been good, staff are friendly, rooms have always been clean and tidy, the location is great with Abreeza Mall next door and the hotel is central to many of Davao City attractions. I have no hesitation to continue to rebook and stay here as i have had acceptable stays. Looking forward to my next visit to Davao City Philippines

It's not a dislike more a cultural difference of using a bidet which is okay after a few turns lol I once had a hotplate that was a bit crazy and turned itself off often - possibly I didn't understand the controls though A few little idiosyncrasies such as flat battery in remote controls and ive once had to reboot the WiFi to get YouTube and Netflix on the television - someone non tech savvy may ask staff for help in this situation i assume No big red flags or negatives

Centrally located, lots of shops and restraunts nearby, decent price, friendly/helpful staff, owner was friendly and dropped off enough fresh water to last my entire visit.

Room was a bit on the small side for me (I'm a large guy).

It was really close to the city centre. The check-in process was also very smooth and quick.

Not a super big deal, but it would have been nice if they had a water dispenser for easy access of clean potable water, so we didn’t have to go down to the mall to buy some.
