Not much that we liked really.

Noisy guests and very dark unattractive room

The manager and staff were young, friendly and helpful. The manager is very knowledgable and provided excellent service! He booked transport to Angkor Wat as well as to and from the airport at very reasonable prices. (By the way, our guide around the temple complex was excellent.) This was our second visit to Siem Reap with a student group, and we plan to stay with them again.

Laundry service would be an excellent addition. Before staying there, I would have said that providing breakfast should also be an option, but not having breakfast allowed me to sample more at the Paris Bakery up the street, so... no worries :-) All rooms look out to the pool area, and the pool area gets noisy at times, so (although it can be tricky to do so) it might be a good idea for the management to ask guests who use the pool to be considerate.
