Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there are several areas that need improvement: Parking Issues Parking was not convenient. Guests are required to park at Centrum parking, which costs RM20, and the hotel does not reimburse or provide any parking subsidy. Lack of Directional Signage There were no clear instructions or signs directing guests from the parking area to the hotel. As a first-time visitor, I spent nearly 30 minutes searching for the hotel. This may be frustrating for new guests. Reception Availability The receptionist was not readily available. I had to call for assistance during both check-in and check-out, which was quite inconvenient. Limited Reception Hours Reception only opens at 8:00 AM. It would be better if the counter opened earlier, as many guests may prefer to check out early to avoid traffic congestion when leaving Cameron Highlands. Insufficient Room Storage The room did not have a cupboard or wardrobe for storing belongings. As a result, we had to place most of our items on the floor, which was not ideal for comfort and convenience. Please increase the water pressure also. I hope the management will consider these improvements to enhance the guest experience.
