That we only booked one night!

What a delightful little place! It was clean, warm and comfortable. The bed sheets were super soft! The shower was sheer luxury! The little garden room was an added bonus and was a lovely place to sit and relax. The hosts were super friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating. Thank you so much for having us😊

Mattress was a little tired. Maybe time for a memory foam upgrade!

This was such a lovely property! Such a gorgeous room with vaulted ceiling, beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail….and the bathroom was so clean, it looked like it had never been used! Also the hosts were lovely and helpful. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hosts were very accommodating when my boat was delayed, which meant a late arrival time. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable with incredibly soft bed linen, and the shower was fantastic and hot! The accommodation was also just a 10 minute walk to a good pub with great food. Thanks for a great stay. Will definitely chose to stay at The Retreat again when I return to teach another pottery workshop at The Potting Shed. Donna Bloye 😊

Beautiful place to stay, lovely host and lovely area. The room was beautiful, decorated to a high standard and very clean. There were tea, coffee, water available as well as wifi etc.

What a beautiful place! It was so wonderful to go through a gate to your own private door. The room was perfect too! What an amazing place to retreat to! Beth meet me at my arrival time, she was very friendly and welcoming! I booked this place to escape the "real" world and I was completely relaxed!
