Excellent location, nicely decorated apartment,self check in. Everything was excellent,also the area and the restaurants nearby! There is a large parking lot nearby with reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay!We will come back again. Highly recommended!

Nice room with the balcony. You have somewhat of a view from the balcony. (Other rooms around don't have a view at all). Perfect location near metro, 24h shop and a port nearby. The interior of the room was designed nicely. Big working space. Comfortable couch.

The room was abused by previous renters (burned curtains). The cleaning accessories are in the plain sight on the balcony. But that's just nitpicking.

Excellent location, centrally positioned and very close to Ladadika and the city center, perfect for exploring the area even on foot. The room was spacious, with a nice big balcony that was a pleasant feature. Hot water was all the time available throughout our stay. The host deserves special recognition for their attentiveness. From the moment I booked, he was eager to assist with anything we needed and had a helpful attitude throughout our stay. When we mentioned some issues with the toilet flush, he was very responsive and immediately offered to call a technician. The double bed was comfortable. It was also a cheap stay and more or less we were content with what we got for the money we paid.

While the listing accurately mentioned one double bed and two sofa beds for our group of four, the sofa beds were problematic. They appeared to be in poor condition, with large gaps in the middle and the legs ready to break. Both women who slept on them (of medium height and build) found they couldn't stretch out fully as their feet wouldn't fit, so for the two people of our group of 4, the sleep was very uncomfortable. Additionally, the sofa beds weren’t prepared upon arrival; bedding was left folded on the table, requiring guests to make the beds themselves. Also, the toilet flush system needed a while to refill between uses and this was inconvenient for four people needing to use the toilet consecutively. Also, keep in mind there's a large window dividing the bedroom and the living room, which means there's no privacy between the two spaces at all- there were clear & detailed photos of it in the Booking listing, so it's our group's responsibility that we booked the room without noticing them with more detail (and for this reason I will not consider the window for negative rating). Generally, the apartment is cheap in a fantastic location, with a responsive host, and would work well for couples using only the main bed(room), but groups utilizing the sofa beds may want to consider alternatives, as the sleeping arrangements and the minor maintenance/cleanliness issues were a bit unpleasant.

The location

The noise, also during quiet hours. The apartment is not insulated and you can hear the noise of the elevator early in the morning or late at night. Would be good to have more kitchen utensils.

It was a nice experience because it was in the center of Thessaloniki and we stayed in a place that felt like home. Since we were in the center, we were close to the places we wanted to go and we toured a lot.

This is not related to the place we stayed, but those who are going should know that parking is unfortunately a major problem in Thessaloniki and we had a problem on the first day.
