Sehr sauber, hochwertig eingerichtet , zentrale Lage

dritter Stock ohne Aufzug (diesen Hinweis haben wir nicht gelesen), Straße und Hauseingang nicht einladend, Parkplätze nur gebührenpflichtig (außer sonntags; 1,80/Stunde; falls es andere gibt, sollte das kommuniziert werden), Appartement etwas verbaut, dadurch wenig Platz, Sitzgelegenheit nur auf dem Bett, Teller und zusätzliche Kleiderhaken/ Ablagefläche wäre wünschenswert;

The Rooms was very clean.

The Room wasn't like on pictures described. It was very small, for 1 or 2 nights max. And the heating? In 2023 without heating? Only air conditioning DOESNT make it warm. And park place? By booking it was told that we have park place with no extra cost across the street. And we payed 10e for 5h. If you want to stay 2 days max then is okay to stay, but if you need to stay longer..then look somewhere else.

Location was next to Riva, 20m from the port and sea. Apartment is newly renovated, modern and clean. Excellent value for the money, personally one of the best apartment I been in Rijeka.

Small minus is apartment location at 3rd floor whitout elevator.

1. Sie lag im 3. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Das ist für ältere Menschen nicht akzeptabel. Weil das für uns zu beschwerlich war sind wir obwohl 2 Nächte bezahlt nach der ersten Nacht ausgezogen. 2. Die Wohnung war so klein, dass nicht einmal ein Tisch hinein passte.

Parking was not free as written

It’s very clean, very big and for 4 people was awesome with 2 bathrooms. In a great place near the sea and the centre.

Super Lage, sehr schönes Zimmer!

Im Zimmer gibt es leider keine wirkliche Sitzgelegenheit, außer dem Bett.
