Authentic Leedo Hanok

We had a wonderful stay at Leedo Hanok during our trip to Korea. The hanok was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, and it was a great experience for our family to stay in a traditional Korean home. The hanok was also very well stocked with basic necessities such as coffee, tea, water, laundry pods, and toiletries, so we didn’t need to buy anything ourselves. The owner was extremely warm, hospitable, and helpful. He shared great recommendations on places to visit in Seoul and also kept us informed about the weather conditions so we could be well prepared before heading outdoors. He even went above and beyond to help us reserve slots for our hike at Bukhansan, especially since we didn’t have a Korean contact number. We were truly grateful for his assistance and would definitely stay here again if we return to Seoul.

The location of the property is incredible. A short walk to a very versatile metro line. In a quiet neighborhood at night, but quite lively during the day. I had a great time walking around the immediate area. The hanook itself is beautiful and historic. The owners take a great deal of pride documenting its history and it is obvious in the way that it is presented that it is well cared for. Lee Jae Kyung is wonderful and checked in with me many times and made sure we had plenty to do in the city.

We were truly delighted to have the opportunity to stay here. Our children enjoyed the place very much, and we would be happy to return if we have the chance. We are also sincerely grateful for Mr. Lee’s warm hospitality. His thoughtful care throughout our stay provided us with a wonderful and memorable experience. 民宿地點很好找，夜晚安靜且舒適。 帶小孩一起來入住，小孩們都很喜歡。 房東很熱情，有機會會想二訪。

None, everything is perfect.

The property is very clean, well-maintained, and had ample amenities. The location is perfect for getting to know the Bukchon area in-depth. It is very quiet yet just steps away from various dining options and cafes. We were very fortunate to find and stay in this hanok. The owner’s welcome and orientation truly made us feel at home.

Amazing location walking distance from palaces and Buckchon village with a range of nice shops and cafes on the adjoining street. The house itself is in beautiful traditional style but with modern bathrooms, kitchen, underfloor heating and Aircon. Host very friendly and helpful.

Not being able to stay for longer!
