Riad Bijoux Marrakech

The hotel is very cozy, beautifully décorated and with the nice rooftop. The personnel is extremely helpful and professional (especially Hamsa), truly willing that you feel like home.

Honestly, we had such a lovely vacation at Riad Bijoux. The staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish — from the girls at reception, to Hamza, who was so genuine in the way he looked after us, always with outstanding service and a kind smile. Even the young man Rashid who picked us up from the taxi was so welcoming! The housekeeping staff were amazing, and the kitchen… oh my God, absolutely fantastic. Every part of our stay felt warm and thoughtful. What we appreciated even more was that our flight was very late at night, and they kindly allowed us to stay, use the terrace, and even take a shower in an unused room before we left, which made such a difference for us. I would definitely recommend it! 10000/10

Splendido riad nel cuore della Medina di Marrakech! ✨ Il Riad Bijoux ci ha conquistati subito per la sua atmosfera autentica, elegante e rilassante. Le camere erano pulite, curate e arredate con molto gusto in stile marocchino. Abbiamo adorato soprattutto la terrazza panoramica e la piscina rooftop, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata nella caotica Medina. La posizione è ottima: centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Lo staff è stato sempre gentilissimo, accogliente e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Colazione buona e ambiente davvero suggestivo. Un posto speciale che ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Marrakech ancora più bello. Super consigliato!

Malheureusement malgré des prestations et un personnel de très bonne qualité, la situation géographique du Riad est assez gênante. Tous les points d'intérêts de la ville sont finalement assez loin. Aussi malgré une terrasse très accueillante nous avons été un peu déçu par la taille de la piscine qui est relativement petite par rapport au attentes. En revanche tout le reste était parfait
