Struttura molto carina, curata e pulita. Il proprietario è italiano, super gentile e disponibile: consiglio assolutamente di scambiarci due chiacchiere perché dà ottimi consigli su cosa fare in città. Il personale è gentilissimo, in particolare Elias che si è preso cura di noi durante i nostri tre giorni lì: sempre disponibile, attento e davvero carinissimo. Anche Aziz gentilissimo e solare. Very beautiful Riad, located inside the Medina, but a little removed from the hustle and bustle of Jemaa el-Fna and the surrounding souks. For us, this was a plus because it was calm and we were able to experience a less touristy and more local area. Good breakfast products - especially the wonderful fresh orange juice. Thank you so much for the 4pm breaksfast on the last day! Very friendly, helpful and cordial hosts.

The internet worked very poorly in the room, and despite our reporting and efforts, they were unable to improve it. We missed having some hot items at breakfast, such as eggs for example.

Splendido soggiorno, quando si dice che il posto dove si decide di alloggiare fa la differenza questo ne è un esempio. Ci siamo resi conto che la nostra esperienza è stata ottima anche grazie alla struttura e al personale. Ci siamo sentiti accolti, sempre al sicuro, il personale è gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta, in particolare vogliamo ringraziare IMANE e HAMSA, sempre sorridenti e super gentili che anticipano ogni possibile richiesta. Il Riad che speravamo di trovare, bello, pulito, accogliente, vicino alla piazza principale (15 min circa a piedi) e gestito da ragazzi a modo. Lo consiglierei e ci tornerei. Ci siamo sentiti fortunati di averlo scelto. Ps. Il cibo è ottimo, sia le colazioni che le cene, è stato il posto in cui abbiamo mangiato meglio dopo le giornate passate fuori nel bel caos di Marrakesh.

We stayed at this beautiful riad in Marrakech for one night and truly wish we could have stayed longer. The riad is spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. When we arrived, we were welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea, which was a very nice touch. The room and bathroom were well equipped, with small soaps, slippers, and all the necessary amenities. Everything was carefully prepared and very comfortable. The riad also has wonderful common areas, including small pools, a beautiful rooftop terrace, and cozy sitting areas where you can relax. The breakfast was also very good and a great way to start the day. A special thank you to Ilyad, who was extremely kind and helpful. He even accompanied us with our luggage all the way to the taxi when we were leaving for the airport, which we really appreciated.

As a small tip for future guests: if you are arriving or leaving with luggage, it’s best to ask someone from the riad to meet you and accompany you through the small streets to the riad, as it makes the arrival much easier. sorry for the foggy pics, they are screenshots from videos.

De rust binnen de Riad was heerlijk. Maar voornamelijk het personeel was fantastisch. Imane zorgde ervoor dat we ons al welkom voelde voordat we überhaupt bij de Riad gearriveerd waren. Hamza stond iedere ochtend voor ons klaar bij het ontbijt met zijn grootste glimlach. Ze waren super lief voor ons. Ik was 28 weken zwanger en kreeg zelfs een klein cadeautje voor de baby. Heel erg attent.

Niks. Het was geweldig.

Location was great if you like to stay in the Medina Room was very clean and beautiful Staff were lovely and very approachable and informative if we had any questions and the breakfast in the morning was gorgeous
