Riad Bijoux Marrakech

Merci infiniment à toute l’équipe du Riad Bijoux. La qualité du service est exceptionnelle : un personnel à l’écoute, aux petits soins, nous avons vraiment été traités comme des rois. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié, et l’équipe n’a pas hésité à s’adapter à nos horaires. Un grand merci à Lyes pour sa disponibilité, ainsi qu’à l’ensemble du personnel du riad, hommes et femmes, même si nous n’avons malheureusement pas retenu tous les prénoms. Le jour de notre départ, une chambre a même été mise à notre disposition afin que nous puissions nous reposer après le check-out. Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Pentru ca nu am fost anuntata ca nu se poate lua cina. Din contra am primit un mesaj ca vom fi asteptati cu cina care consta in un fel ales de bucatarsi pretul este 23 de euro.Totul a fost perfect pana dupa cazare cand am aflat ca nu se poate. Nu inteleg mesajul primit. Cei de la cazre nici nu intelegeau. Zona nu este inconjurata de posibilitati de a lua masa la standarde europene. Va pot anexa mesajul transmis de proprietate.

Il Riad è un vero bijoux. La struttura è estremamente scenografica e si compone di diversi ambienti comuni, tutti molto curati, accoglienti e piacevoli da vivere. Il Riad Bijoux è confortevole anche in pieno inverno: in altre strutture simili, pur pagando lo stesso prezzo, abbiamo spesso sofferto il freddo a causa degli spifferi dalle porte, cosa che qui non è mai successa. La colazione è davvero eccellente, varia e di qualità. Il vero valore aggiunto dell’intero soggiorno è stato però Ilayss, che ci ha seguiti passo dopo passo nella nostra prima esperienza in Marocco. È stato disponibile, attento e sempre presente. Addirittura si è occupato personalmente di comprarci la SIM marocchina e ce l’ha fatta trovare pronta appena usciti dalla stanza: un servizio impeccabile. Considerate che due giorni dopo abbiamo acquistato un’altra SIM in piazza e siamo stati truffati, ricevendone una senza giga pur avendoli pagati. Tornati al Riad, Ilayss ci ha subito indicato un punto vendita sicuro dove risolvere il problema. Ilayss ha inoltre organizzato per noi l’escursione nel deserto del Sahara e, a differenza di molti altri viaggiatori che erano con noi nel pulmino, siamo stati gli unici ad avere una tenda nel deserto dotata di aria condizionata. Un dettaglio fondamentale, perché di notte faceva freddissimo: senza riscaldamento l’esperienza sarebbe stata compromessa o, peggio, avremmo rischiato di ammalarci. Anche gli altri due ragazzi dello staff sono stati sempre estremamente gentili, disponibili e professionali. Un soggiorno che consigliamo senza alcun dubbio.

La posizione del Riad è buona dal punto di vista della vicinanza alla piazza principale. Tuttavia, per raggiungere il centro è necessario percorrere una strada piuttosto trascurata, che restituisce un’immagine della città poco curata e sporca. Non conoscendo la città, questa prima impressione mi ha inizialmente condizionata: il primo giorno ho avuto qualche difficoltà a fidarmi del cibo, anche a causa delle condizioni igieniche riscontrate lungo il percorso che porta al Riad. Detto questo, nonostante una sensazione iniziale di insicurezza, non abbiamo mai avuto alcun problema durante il soggiorno.

Near the entrance of the Medina, perfectly located away from the most crowded and touristic streets of Marrakech, Riad Bijoux offers a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and Elias stands out for his efficiency and professionalism. He arranged our car rental directly from the riad on the day of our departure, making everything smooth and effortless. A warm, well-run place with service that truly makes a difference — highly recommended, especially thanks to Elias.

A suggestion I would offer is to consider upgrading the olive oil served. It currently seems to be the common mass-produced style, similar to that from the vast Spanish and Moroccan cultivations, rather than a local Moroccan artisan oil, which would elevate the experience to match the warm quality of the riad.

The riad is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. Has spacious rooms and bathrooms that are well maintained and clean. Staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming. The rooms are heated with comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with freshly made assortment of Moroccan breads and eggs on request.

The location was really difficult to find. Even after finding it, it was a pain to lug large suitcases over dirty and winding cobbles while locals harassed us to guide us to the location for money- every time we were coming back to the rooms on all days of our stay!
