Reasonably comfortable bed, not great but the best thing about this stay.

Rowdy teenagers partying on the flat roof above our heads. I had to go and speak to them then they reluctantly climbed back through the windows. I did contact the owner to say that this was totally unacceptable and apparently he spoke to them. Unfortunately they kept up their partying all through the night from inside the house. Paper thin walls so we were kept up for the majority of the night. I wouldn't recommend it and I certainly wouldn't contemplate staying again myself.

Location was good and the room was nice it's just a shame about the two other things. If they are sorted out going forward this would actually be a place I would recommend. Just double check with the owners prior to your arrival about the hot water and the room number and it should be a good stay

When I arrived, the room that was allocated to me was actually already in use by another guest. I managed to get the key for the room that was empty and just took that. Additionally, no hot water in the morning for a shower an no sign of how to turn it on anywhere or on any message. The room itself and location were nice, the hot water needs to be on though and the right room allocated

As a single female I felt safe with the gated entrance and secure parking. I was given a very warm welcome and immediately felt comfortable. The room is a good size, the bed was comfortable and there was good bathroom facilities. The location was also excellent for getting into Portsmouth.on the park and ride.

The only down side is there is always the possibility of being woken up by neighbours next door as it has very thin walls and there's an open garden area right outside.
