Imer Villas

NIck was a fantastic host. He was personable, professional, and timely. He also has great knowledge of the island and is quick to provide transportation arrangements, restaurant info, and shopping destinations. The villas were a beautiful property and Nick expertise was exceptional as the island is busy with tourists and hotspots to see. Nick's service made our stay enjoyable and eventful given the few days of our time there.

Amazing view!! Large villa. There’s some issue during our stay. Second floor air conditioning wasn’t working and the shower downstairs is extremely slow so all of us had to take shower in the second floor washroom. It is very inconvenient. Nick the host is a nice men. Helpful and friendly. The one thing about this villa is it is so close to the blue dom the iconic of Santorini. We are very happy about it even though we paid a lot of money to stay here, but this is a one time in life trip. So I guess it is worth it.

The view was nice and the villa was spacious.

The host, Nick, agreed one week in advance to store our luggage for us on our last day, as we were flying out later that day. I was concerned about this, which is why I messaged him in advance. However, after we arrived in Santorini, he tried to walk back on his agreement/assurance. He even suggested that we ask the catamaran company we were using on our last day to store our luggage. Not only was this inconvenient, but it was a hassle for us and hard to do at the last moment and in a foreign country. He also suggested that we pay to use the villa for the day. It became an issue when we realized he was not going to hold up his side of the agreement. So we ended up having the catamaran company keep our luggage, which I believe was a huge favor on their part. The villa was fine, but I would not trust the host. When I tried to hold him to his part of the agreement after we met him, he talked down to me and called me negative, etc. My recommendation would be to stay somewhere else where you can take the host/hotel at their word.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and had beautiful views. The staff were friendly and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and happy. It was better in person than pictures could show.

many tourists and photographers pass in front of the apartment and stop to take pictures because of the beauty of the location.

the view was exception. apartment was roomy and provided all we needed. easy walk to restaurants and down to Thera.

because the view was so good there were so many people stopping to take photos. problem was they came into our terrace often to take those photos which became annoying after a while. only downside with this apartment

Nick was an amazing host! He was super helpful, booked us dinner reservations, gave us recommendations and very communicative the whole stay. It was easy to check in and check out! The location of the apartment was amazing, right by the blue domes in the cute town of Imerovigli! We enjoyed our stay in Santorini and highly recommend Nick!

Nothing compares to this. Our stay here was perfect. The villa was spacious, clean, well appointed, in a quiet location with an incomparably stunning view from the two front patios (upstairs and downstairs). Our friendly and gracious host met us to let us in, helped with our bags, gave an informative tour of the property, some helpful recommendations, and even left us sweet welcoming gifts. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Santorini.
