"quite, peaceful and relaxing place"

Very clean, tidy, and comfy place for having a relaxing holiday. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you may need, and the balcony is very nice for having breakfast. It is also close to many attractive places in the Cotswolds. Would definitely consider staying again and highly recommend to other visitors.

"November Stay"

Great accommodation, everything you needed, in a great location for Stratford and the Cotwolds. Host & owners did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend & would definitely stay here again.

"Lovely flat"

Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully kitted out. The bed was very comfortable. Nice to have a veranda to sit out on. Nik was attentive and helpful by phone and text when I arrived later than I expected and couldn't find the key box in the dark (my fault as I wasn't looking properly!)

A useful future addition would be a bin for recycling in the property. And maybe an outside light to help find the key box (there may have been a light, maybe I just couldn't find it!) But these are all really minor things compared to all the positives.
