Room and furniture are too old. It has all the potential to be a 5-star-hotel including history, location, and architecture. Urgent renovation needed.

I loved the views from our balcony. I loved the suite, it felt like we were just at home.

The suite required some more maintenance; balcony light was broken. The room service was very slow; we ordered coffee and received it cold

The location is super We got an upgrade on the room. A bigger room

The hotel felt somehow old and dull. The breakfast was below the standard; some items needed to be fresh. The coffee was cold and did not feel fresh. The waiter did not make us feel comfortable asking him for anything—the way he was attending to our requests felt like he was doing us a favor. He was proper, but he made us uncomfortable asking him for anything. I have been a guest at this property for more than 20 years. It used to feel way more upscale.
