Čistoća apartmana i lokacija. Apartman je smješten u staroj vili koja nije u potpunosti adaptirana. Grijanje je bilo omogućeno putem klima uređaja koji je u relativno brzom roku zagrijao stan.

Parkirno mjesto je osigurano na vrhu uske ulice, u samom dvorištu vile. Može biti problematično doći do njega ukoliko imate duži auto i ukoliko niste vješt vozač.
