Não é um hotel. São suites em um prédio misto comercial e isso eu não sabia previamente. Portaria eletronica, não há facilidades. O quarto, todavia, é muito confortevel.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The suite was beautifully designed, very elegant, cozy, and extremely comfortable. Everything felt high-end and thoughtfully prepared - from the complimentary water and welcome champagne to the delicious cookies. Small details like slippers and other amenities made the experience even more special. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We also really appreciated the communication with the host. We received great recommendations for restaurants and historical places in Verona, which made our trip even better. What stood out the most was the warm and thoughtful messages reminding us to smile every day - such a small gesture, but it truly made us smile and added a personal touch to our stay. We are genuinely delighted with this place.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was absolutely perfect and at the highest level.
