EGThe property was clean to a reasonable extent and generally comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful — especially Rami, Abu Mohammed, and Abu Saif, who were wonderful, polite, and always ready to assist. They really made my stay easier and more pleasant. Overall, it was a good experience, and I truly appreciate the hospitality and attitude of the staff.
I had an issue when I needed to check out earlier. I informed the property in advance, but they told me that the payment had already been sent to Booking.com and that a refund for the unused nights wasn’t possible. I wish this process could be more flexible for guests in similar situations, as this experience might make me reconsider staying at the same hotel in the future.

AE- Superb location - Cooperative staff
- Even room was available but they asked me to sit in lobby till 12:00 (I reached hotel at 10:00 AM). They said it is LAW. Bit strange indeed
