Blue Waters

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The mattress in the room was old, can get an upgrade. The room and bathrooms were clean, however they can get a round of revamping and refurbishing as they look old.

Location is nice, at riverside, with lights on outside in the evening. Room is spacious with a great balcony with river view - sunrise is beautiful. Lots of light spots for every piece of the room. Working table with a chair and kettle with tea/coffee supplies are available. Washroom is quite big. Pool is available with a river view. Morning newspaper has been provided 😊

Place is getting time-worn like it used to be gorgeous in the past but is not duly taken care of unfortunately. No face towel provided. Slight smell is in the building. Pool is not very clean.

The service and hospitality of the staffs were incredible . The breakfast was great.

Poor maintenance. The bedding were poorly maintained , towels were old , and overall cleanliness was poor. The children park was unusable.

Staff at Blue Waters was courteous. Location is awesome as we have the riverview from the hotel and/or room. Hotel is close to busstand and the city centre.

Clean and spacious

AC was not working properly, the sockets were not working, the refrigerator was not working. The food tasted below average, and didn't have a proper TV setup (cables and set top box are hanging to the TV). Totally not worth it for the money you gave. One of the staff was drunk and arguing with us for raising the concerns. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
