- The tranquility, the surroundings, the views of backwaters and the plethora of bird-life it invites - The focus on cleanliness throughout the hotel - The food, with an amazing balance of local spices

- The quietude was interrupted at times by a dog barking in the adjacent compound on some afternoons. Not much they can do about it though

The property located next to the backwater. Rooms are average and behaviour of staffs are very poor. Value for money is absolutely non.
