Stan je na odličnoj lokaciji, spavaca soba je velika i udobna. Kupatilo je takođe prostrano.

U dnevnom boravku krevet je izuzetno loš i da se sjedi, a ne tek da se spava. Zato ne preporucujem da u objektu borave vise od dvije osobe. Stan nije bio dobro očišćen, naročito tuš kabina po kojoj je nataloženi kamenac. Prozori nisu očišćeni, i na prozorima nema roletni pa vas svjetlost budi u ranim jutarnjim satima. Imajte u vidu da u Rumuniji prilično rano sviće tako da ste ste razbuđeni dnevnom svjetlošću odmah poslije 5 AM. Peškiri su se osjećali na buđ.

A felszereltségben el tudok képzelni egy kicsit több kényelmi dolgot: pl. párnák. Szebb törülközők

A törülközők nem voltak olyan tiszták, inkább használtnak tűntek és a párnák lehettek volna nagyobbak, kényelmesebbek.

Kellemesen berendezett, tágas apartman a belváros szívében. Jól felszerelt, jól besétálható innen a város.

A házba, illetve az apartmanba való bejutás nem teljesen egyértelmű, különösen sötétben (fel kell menni az emeletre, és a bal oldali zöld ajtón belül a bal oldali fehér ajtó az apartman maga, a kulcs a korlátra erősített dobozban van). A fürdőszobában csatornaszag van.
