"Nice quiet getaway - close enough to walk but far from the noise of the town"

The space is beautiful and the wood gives a very earthy and cozy feel. The host (Carolina) was so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely come back to stay again!

The location is on the hillside so there is a fantastic breeze. It’s cooler than locations in town, and there are fewer bugs because of less water sources. The location is super convenient for catching the busses to lo de marcos/tepic or sayulita/PV. It’s only a 10 minute walk to town/beach from the house. We did it multiple times per day, and it’s a great way to burn off the taco/margarita calories. The unit is clean and new and the beds were comfortable. The host is incredible! She went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay. Truly 10/10.

Nothing! I didn’t like that we had to go home.

There are noisy roosters out and about in the early hours of the morning.

Well maintained, quiet and very spacious

It’s a 20 min walk to the beach but I did not mind that, also some construction going on but nothing too loud
