Way too expensive, for the same price you can have a bigger place with private bathroom in Sanremo. This was more like a youth hostel with people walking in an out and with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The owner lives also in the appartement, so you will have to share with him as well.

Other guests mentioned already the noise and yes, it's suite disturbing since there is a constant moving of tables and chairs in the restaurant above. It was quite annoying. Apart from this there is noise also from the other guests arriving and talking in the living room at night. Since the walls and doors are quite thin you can hear practically everything.

Bon emplacement, proche de la plage. Bonne aération. Hôte sympathique et discret.

On entend tout les moindre bruits, les portes, même les discutions

Siamo arrivati per soggiorno di una notte direzione Francia senza enormi aspettative. L’host, Denis, si è rivelato subito molto accogliente, conviviale e sempre pronto a dare una mano/consigli. La camera è risultata spaziosa e soprattutto con un attenzione particolare alla pulizia. la posizione a pochi minuti (2/3 min a piedi) dal mare è eccezionale, non mancano servizi adiacenti alla struttura come bar, ristoranti, supermercati ecc ecc ci dispiace non essere rimasti di più per la tranquillità del luogo e la gentilezza di Denis
