Was near all places and the beach

Just needed a washing machine for longer stays ,but went to paardevlei at night there are a 24hour laundry place that you can wash and dry clothes anytime

The booking did not include breakfast, but the location was fantastic, offering excellent beach views. The accommodations were cozy and comfortable. The area is tranquil and conveniently close to shops. Above all, Mark and Leonie are wonderful people. We felt very welcomed by them, and they fulfilled all our requests. A big thank you to them!

Noting to improve everything is just fine

The stay at Neutica was exactly what me and my family and I were hoping for. The apartment was very clean and neat. We had more than we expected. The host was extremely nice and friendly. She was very helpful and kind. Keep up the good service you are giving. The lady who helped us with the keys was also very sweet. Your kindness was appreciated. The room had a view on the beach. It was walking distance to the store and also to the beach. We would definitely visit again. Keep up the wonderful service.

Mark and Leonie were very pleasant and gave us a warm welcome. We were provided with a weekly clean and change of linen and towels weekly. The apartment looked comfortable and charming upon arrival.

After further inspection, we discovered that the property was not thoroughly cleaned as promised. I notified Leonie of the surfaces that needed cleaning. I cleaned the mold from the shower myself. They told me the cleaner would clean all the other areas. The extractor and oven were covered in old grease and were not thoroughly cleaned for the whole duration of our stay. I would suggest that they get a better cleaning service. The main bedroom had a damp and mold problem which caused me to develop a cough. Mark told me that the wall could only be attended to when the weather was conducive. He told me they never experienced this problem before, but we could clearly see that it was an old problem. They did however, come to clean the mold and repaint the wall.

We loved the accommodation. It's the best apartment we stayed in, in the strand area. It was away from the main road, so was quiet and perfect for a good night's rest. Close to everything. Leonie is the best hostess. Her hospitality was amazing. First hostess that welcomed us with a variety of treats. The flat was perfectly equipped. Loved the decor, sayings on the walls and the beautiful view of the sea. I have decided to come back regularly. Finding the place was easy. Thank you Leonie for letting us use your flat.

The apartment was just exquisite and had everything I needed. It was closer to the shops, beach, other convenient amenities and most importantly my business venue. It's a very secure place with high standards and literally had everything I needed for my stay........ Totally loved it
