Beautiful modern apartment with good furniture. Good location. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Extra towels and bed linen. The free parking is available.

The apartment needs general cleaning and attention from the owner. We stayed there with the child for 10 days, so cleanliness was very important for us. But there was a lot of dust on the surfaces and there was dirty inside the cupboards. Not all the dishes in the kitchen are suitable for use (pots and pans). Uncomfortable, old pillows that need to be replaced. The torn upholstery on the sofa needs to be repaired. The shower stall also needs to be repaired, as it leaks. And need to somehow deal with mold in the bathroom. Ventilation also doesn't work correctly - cigarette smoke from neighbors enters the apartment through ventilation. All this is very unpleasant and spoils the impression. The quality doesn't match the price. If the owner fixes all the problems, the apartment will be worthy of 10 out of 10.

Really good apartments, very friendly owners, the apartment has everything you need for long stay. The private parking slot is included and available using elevator for cars. The comfortable wide bed. The spacious living room with very comfortable sofa and dinning table.

The bathroom is quite small and dark. Overall, there was not enough light in all the rooms, maybe changing the light bulbs would improve the situation - maybe this is too subjective because I like light rooms.

Cosy, family friendly flat, nice location, parking availability. Public transportation nearby.
