It was a hotel experience in the room and a homely experience at the house/villa. It was such a pleasanr stay with comfy room and fantastic breakfast!The host was very nice too. Th villa was beautiful!

"I would absolutely stay here again."

The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating. We were greeted with fresh fruit juice and made to feel right at home. We actually stayed there twice, both when we first arrived in Colombo and the night before we departed. It is a beautiful little property that serves homemade breakfast each morning.

It was a little father from the airport than I had thought. But it was no problem getting there and back, even for an early morning flight .

A wonderful, cozy villa. The area is entirely private, very quiet and peaceful. The room is clean and everything works, although there were a bit to many ants (however, the hostess immediately took action and they almost disappeared). The house has a large common area, perfect for relaxing there or in the garden during the day. The hostess is very pleasant and communicative, and helps with any problems. The breakfast is excellent (we always ordered continental). Dinner is not served here, and there are no restaurants nearby, but you can order delivery from the hostess. You can get to Negombo relatively inexpensively via Pikmi and explore the area. The airport is a 20-minute drive away.

"Lovely family home"

The family who run this hotel are so friendly and accommodating. They can't do enough for you! The breakfast is great and freshly made whenever you want to. Even when we had to leave at 6:30am they still made it for us. Very patient when we did not have enough rupees and gave us time to sort out some cash. Lovely house and a lovely family.

An amazing stay, with spacious and modern rooms, a delicious breakfast and wonderful hosts! Perfect for a base for arriving or leaving Sri Lanka. The host was super friendly and helped with transportation. Highly recommend!
